Spyros Neofytos

AI product leader

Ten years taking digital products from idea to adoption across pharma, iLottery and enterprise software. I lead product teams, bring AI into how they work, and put the controls in place that make AI output trustworthy. Currently Lead Product Owner at Allwyn Lottery Solutions; previously Pfizer Digital.

Strengths

What I bring

AI adoption with guardrails

I bring AI into product teams as a shared capability, with clear rules on what it may do, how its output is checked, what data it may see and what it costs.

Strategy and vision

I set the direction for a portfolio of products and keep them moving toward one roadmap: clear priorities, trade-offs made in the open, and outcomes measured with OKRs.

Teams that grow

I develop product owners through coaching, shared standards and a peer community, and I was selected for Allwyn's coaching programme.

Selected work

Two cases

Each told the same way: the context, what was needed, what I did, and what changed.

Bringing AI agents into product work at Allwyn

Context

A team of Product Owners across five platform domains, each writing PRDs and user stories for regulated iLottery products.

What was needed

Faster, more consistent requirements, checked against what each product actually does.

What I did

Introduced AI agents that draft PRDs and user stories from raw requirements and challenge them against product knowledge bases I built. One shared process, which each team adapts to its own products.

What changed

Adopted by every product team I lead.

Building products end to end with AI: idea to launch

Context

Two consumer products built on my own time, with AI at every step: idea and market research, design and prototype, code, testing, hosting and launch readiness.

What was needed

A way to run the whole product lifecycle with AI tools, and to trust what they produce without re-checking everything.

What I did

Acted as product owner and architect with AI tools doing the research, design, coding and review. Built the operating rules around them: registries for agents and skills with trust tiers, tests a skill must pass before use, independent review by a second model, rules on what data may reach which tool, a readiness checklist before anything goes public, and a dashboard for status and cost.

Where it stands

Both products are hosted and in use: a social football prediction game in a friends-only web pilot, with a native app built for the stores, and a football-data screener in private beta.

  • AIOS: a personal test-bed for building with six AI tools under written rules: agent and skill registries with four trust tiers and a tested-before-use rule for skills.
  • Review: reviewers and judge agents run in fresh contexts, ideally on another model family, given only the artifact and a rubric.
  • Governance: four data tiers decide what may reach which AI tool; a 44-item readiness review precedes any move from private to public.
  • Cost and status: a prototype dashboard with one status card per product, health snapshots and recorded costs.
